By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions and Privacy Policy written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Timelapse Company LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
When you purchase a license for a timelapse on this Website, you are granted a royalty-free license for your personal or professional use for one project only. If you wish to use a single timelapse into two different projects, you need to purchase two different licenses.
You are not allowed to sell or sublicense any timelapse or hyperlapse video individually and any of the content available on this Website if not included in a personal or professional project.
You can use the content of this Website for advertising or commercial purposes unless indicated in the item description (check for Editorial and Non-Editorial timelapse videos).
Editorial timelapse videos contain recognizable faces, brands and/or logos. You are not allowed to use them for commercial purposes, only for news and documentaries. Using Editorial content for advertising or commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following
- Share or sell your personal information to access this website and the purchased material (Username, email and password).
- selling, sub-licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
- using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
- using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
- using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
- using any raw image sequence in courses for commercial use. Only personal use to go along the videos.
4. No warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Timelapse Company LLC express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website.
5a. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3-DAY WORKSHOPS
When purchasing and booking a timelapse workshop, you agree to the following terms:
- The Timelapse Company reserves the right to cancel workshops for any reason (up to two weeks prior to the workshop), a full refund will be given. We recommend purchasing a trip insurance for your flights. Timelapse Company LLC will not be responsible for any cancellation fees from your airline.
- Drones are not allowed during the worksop, unless mentioned in the workshop page.
- Listed price is per person, before taxes. Students are welcome to travel with a friend, partner or family member but only people with a spot will receive instruction.
- You can pay the full amount or set up a payment plan with Stripe. We offer 2, 3 or 4 times payments at no extra charge. The credit card used will be automatically charged every month.
- Full payment must be received at least 2 weeks before the beginning of a workshop.
- Cancellation is free up to one month before the starting date.
- Cancellation fee of $500 if you cancel less than one month before a workshop.
- Cancellation fee of $900, which cover hotel nights, if you cancel less than 48 hours before a workshop.
- Cancellation fees are subject to change from one workshop to another. Fees will always be clearly mentioned in the Terms of Sale of every single workshop.
- For cancellation purposes, the start of the workshop is defined as midnight of the hotel check-in date. For instance, if check-in is on September 1st between 3pm and 10pm, the workshop officially starts at midnight September 1st. The 48 hours cancellation policy then starts on August 30th at midnight.
- When booking a workshop, you will receive a general liability insurance included in the package from The Timelapse Company LLC.
- This insurance does not cover photography equipment. Students are in charge of protecting their own gear if needed. Any accidents happening to the gear during the workshop will not be covered by The Timelapse Company.
- If you need an affordable gear insurance, check PPA.
- You agree to the above terms when booking any workshops on this website.
SMALL WORKSHOPS
- The Timelapse Company reserves the right to cancel the workshop for any reason (up to two days prior to the workshop), a full refund will be given. We highly recommend purchasing a trip insurance for your flights if you have one. The Timelapse Company will not be responsible for any cancellation fees from your airline.
- In case of extremely bad weather, the Timelapse Company reserves the right to cancel the workshop on the same day, up to 2 hours before the start time. Cancellation due to weather can only be the decision of the Timelapse Company.
- Drones are not allowed during those workshops.
- Listed price is per person, before taxes. Students are welcome to travel with a friend, partner or family member but only people with a spot will receive instruction.
- If you want to book 2 spots, you are free to do so.
- Cancellation is free until 48 hours before the workshop. Check Term of Sales section for every workshop for more info.
- Cancellation fee of $100 if you cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop
- When booking this workshop, you will receive a general liability insurance included in the package from The Timelapse Company.
- This insurance does not cover photography equipment. Students are in charge of protecting their own gear if needed. Any accidents happening to the gear during the workshop will not be covered by The Timelapse Company.

- You agree to the above terms when booking small Workshops.
5b. Prices
Prices on this website are subject to change for any reason, including for marketing or promotional campaigns. Timelapse Company LLC is willing to reimburse the difference for any price change that occurs less than 48 hours after the date of purchase. You have one week (7 days) after the date of purchase to request for a reimbursement of the difference.
5c. Donations
Timelapse Company LLC is a for-profit business and any donations or tips made through this website are not tax-exempt.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Timelapse Company LLC shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Timelapse Company LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
7. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Timelapse Company LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
9. Variation of Terms
Timelapse Company LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
10. Assignment
Timelapse Company LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Timelapse Company LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes.
